MBEC Conference Room

Our state-of-the-art meeting and training rooms are available for business purposes.  The first floor conference room may be reserved by MBEC businesses, as well as, the general public.  At a low, hourly rate, 1st Floor Conference Room space has a seating capacity of seventy-five (75) people.  Rental rates include the use of chairs, tables, and a meeting board.  Audiovisual equipment is available at an additional cost.  The conference room can be reserved by the public Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  You may reserve this room online by clicking on the link below.  You may also refer to the calendar below to check availability.  Events that are shown in blue are for the second floor conference room.  This space is not available for public use.  Please note that your reservation will not be completed until payment has been made.  It is necessary to read the rules and regulations below before completing the form.  If you have any questions, please contact the front desk receptionist at 229-483-7650.
