The 311 service is a free service allowing quick easy access to all City of Albany, Dougherty County, and WG&L government services and information by dialing one easy number, 311. The 311 Call Center is open Monday thru Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Examples of services that may be requested include pothole repair, code violations, burned out street or traffic light. Examples of information that may be requested include: city or county events, information on where to pay a ticket, how to obtain a birth certificate or marriage license. Callers will reach a live operator during regular business hours. At any other time, a report can be made via a voice mail message, internet website @ www.311Answers.com or our Android and iPhone mobile apps.
